Cute two bedrooms and one bathroom apartment, 15 min walk from Palm Beach (nearest beach) close by Ritz Carlton hotel.The apartment is fully furnished, consisting of two normal size beds in each room, and a comfortable sofa in the living area, open kitchen, balcony. Al the rooms including ACexcl the bathroom Electrical cost is exc(about 30 $/week) The ticket can be payed by any gas station on the island. Hot spot router for the Wifi/ Prepay. Laundry, Cable-TV and pool are until now out of order Nice fully furnished apartment 15 walking minutes from the main part of Palm Beach, ( many restaurants, pizzerias, bars, commercials and more, and more are there ) 50 mt away from the D-12 building there is a small Chino supermarket / ATM. The apartment is situated on the ground floor. ( you may just jump from the balcony to the garden space ) The next nearster beach, is the one in Palm Beach, (the one by the Ritz hotel). It is about 10 walking minutes away. The apartment is just on the no 2 of the building of Rooi Santo 12 D. The total area of it is 70 square meters. ( including the balcony area ). There are blue and the green bedroom which has the same square meters. Next, to the bathroom, there is a lumber-room, which you may put your baggage. On the big balcony there is a amanga, garden shares and small barbaque stove. In the morning and late afternoon you may can ear the bird melody. The kitchen has included a Electronic stove. The kitchen is fully equipment. The electric costs are exclusive. Prepay system ( on the side of the fridge there is a manometer ) On the majority of gas station you can bay a reloud card for it. ( just inform for the address and you can get a reloud card no and then you can dial this on the prepay machine in the apartment ) In the bathroom there is a small boiler ( warm-water ) Hot spot router for the Wifi Prepay System. Laundry, Cable-TV and pool are until now out of order. in about 700 mt away you can find a good and cheap laundry called Drop & Wash

The host and manager are quick to respond, willing to help and friendly. The apartment is basic, has got everything you need but is aging. It could use some touch ups. The neighborhood is quiet. location is great. Just a short walk to the beach and palm beach strip. You have to pay for internet and electricity separately.
Pros: Everything was as expected. Great value. It is very basic apartment but we felt safe. Water and AC were working perfectly. I was not cooking there but refrigerator was useful to have. Communication with host was clear. Francesco and Kimberly are very kind and honest hosts. Cons: WiFi was not working but Francesco was trying to help as much as he could to set up. We managed to use our hotspot and were fine . There is no dishwasher in the apartment.
The location was great and close to the beaches and restaurants. It was in a quiet neighborhood where goats would sometimes pass through like a parade. The house was comfortable and spacious and clean. I stayed there for a month and worked out of there and was able to cook and enjoy my time there. The main issue i had with the rental was that they kept disconnecting my internet due to the fact that Francesco owed the provider payments from previous months. They disconnected it three times while I was there and I would have to get on the phone with Setar or physically go to Setar to resolve it. Francesco contacted and worked with them as well to resolve it but the first time took 3 days before they connected it back and it was quite disruptive to my working. There's also some issues with the housing community where I was not allowed to use the common amenities like the pool, laundry room, garbage that Francesco needs to resolve by contributing to the housing fund. This was not as disruptive as you can go to the beach and there's a wash and drop 3 minutes drive away but I do hope that he resolves this with his neighbors.
Great place
Tolle Unterkunft, sehr großzügig und super gelegen. Alles nötige ist im näherem Umfeld zu erreichen und für tolle Ausflüge empfehlen wir einen Mietwagen zu nehmen. Francesco ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, auch die Abwicklung mit Izaira war super und wir haben viele Tipps von ihr bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen auf Aruba. :-)

Very quite area. Majorly you can hear and perhaps also see, different birds species ( special in the morning, and also on the late after noon you can listen a very nice and smooth natural sound. Please enjoy it. ) China food store, just in 2 min walk distance. ( to be finded by the parallel main street ) There is also a ATM. Other stores, bars, restaurants, movies, bowling, pizzerias, disco, and more are in Palm Beach, and also at the capital Oranjestaat ( abt 15 min car drive ). There are malls and well knows stores like: Gucci, Benetton, Dolce Gabbana. Color fully colonial buildings, Museums, Traffic free shopping streets and much more.
Just around the Landslake buildings are several parking spaces. Public bus line can be taken on the main street ( not good schedule ). The advise is in alternative to rent a car by the different car rentals on the islands ( better will be to do it, before you will start your vacation trip ).
