Perfect location! Beautiful view! Unit is updated, modern and squeaky clean!
Clean; quiet; relaxing; well stocked kitchen; Alex, Sandra’s son, who manages this place, is very easy to communicate with. Note because of a glitch with Airbnb it says that Sandra is the contact and the reservation gives her cell phone number. But it is actually her son Alex. It’s a bit confusing but just ask Sandra again for his number if you don’t hear back right away.
For the most part I was VERY pleased. And I have already booked future dates there.
Great view and location!
This is a beautiful space with a gorgeous view of the lake. I loved waking up and seeing the view from the living room. She has designed the space really well with modern furnishings and chic design. We had extenuating circumstances and she worked with us to extend our stay. It was fun to watch the kitesurfers riding the white peaks on a windy day.

Juanita is a very safe and relaxed part of Beautiful Kirkland Washington. You will find nice friendly people, an active lifestyle, and great spots to grab a bite or enjoy natures offerings. The complex requires a code to access and bring your vehicle in and outside vehicles do not have access.
You have one secured and dedicated parking spot for the unit in the Gated and secured parking area. If you have more than one vehicle or are having guests there is a entrance right before the main gate which takes you down tot the guest parking where there is 20+ spots available for parking.
