This apartment is located inside a new building that was built as an extension of a heritage house and offers: - Modern apartments with large windows that allow constant natural light - Independent laundry facilities within each apartment - Private green areas for guests use - 24-hour surveillance service - Free private parking Apartment 601 This 67m2 apartment comfortably accommodates 2 guests, making it ideal for couples and solo travelers. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a 43" TV, and a full bathroom with a large and comfortable walk-in closet. We provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, and moisturizer. We also have a hairdryer and towels available for our guests. The open kitchen is integrated with the living room and has a bar countertop with seating for 2 people. It is fully equipped with dishes, basic accessories, utensils, and appliances such as a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop. A French press and kettle will also be available. In addition, the apartment has a guests bathroom and a laundry closet with a washer/dryer, iron, and clothesline. All windows in the apartment have blackout curtains to completely darken the space, as well as screen curtains if you want more privacy without losing natural light

This is a great place to stay if you want to experience the city vibe of Chapinero with plenty of things to do around the area. The building provides a nice parking area. The apartment has basic amenities and a comfortable bed for two people. While it's not completely quiet, it's still okay for Bogota. If you have a third guest staying in the sofabed, there will be an additional fee charged per night, which can be a little inconvenient if that is in your plans.

Disfruté mucho la estadía en el departamento de María Alejandra. Ella siempre estuvo atenta a todos mis consultas previas y durante mi estadía. El departamento ha sido mucho mejor a lo que esperaba, si bien es cierto que cumple con todo lo que se indica tanto en las fotos como en la descripción, uno se siente muy cómodo llegando allí, sumado a eso la buena atención de los señores de portería, lo que hace que sea un sitio seguro para los huéspedes. Recomiendo este departamento a los viajeros.
I had a fantastic stay at Maria’s place. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. She is quick to respond to questions and was extremely accommodating with every request! The building is beautiful and all of the staff are lovely and welcoming, and we felt very safe here. I highly recommend Maria’s place for those visiting Bogotá!
This apartment is amazing, new and great design. Maria was very helpful and always responsive. The place is just beautiful and clean, one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in Bogotá. I definitely will stay again. Gorgeous!
