Prime location in Lake Davis with brick paved roads, quiet neighborhood, and walking areas, but less than a mile from Downtown Orlando. The house is new construction (July 2023) and thoughtfully decorated for a perfect stay, high end features, and a private balcony to enjoy coffee or winding down in the evenings. Whether you are here for business or pleasure, you'll feel right at home! We provide coffee, soaps, and towels for your stay and have an Alexa for music :) The space has a queen bedroom with double French door windows that open right up to the balcony area from the bedroom. A full bathroom with tub/shower combo and a fully stocked kitchen/living area that has another set of double French door windows overlooking the balcony. All the finishes are high end and designed with comfort and functionality in mind. It's a really beautiful space. 4 min / 0.7 miles - Lake Eola / DT Orlando 16 min / 14 miles - UCF 18 min / 10 miles - Universal Studios 20 min/ 12 miles - MCO Airport 25 min / 16 miles - Disney

Michelle's place was WONDERFUL. It was exactly as described. She was flexible upon arrival as I arrived very late into the night. Instructions were clear so it was no problem getting in. There were a couple, MINOR things that I brought up to them upon arrival like the Q tips not being refilled, same with the coffee, etc...and they came over in less than 10 minutes to fix it. I would most definitely stay here again. They were wonderful hosts. They even sent over a bunch of recommendations. The house and interior design were absolutely beautiful and the porch was a dream. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and beautiful. I took many walks and felt very safe. It is close to everything as well. I could walk everywhere even if I hadn't had a car. If you're staying in Orlando....stay here!
Me and my wife had such an enjoyable time here. Great location very close to downtown dining and attractions-great restaurants and lots to do in the area. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and near a beautiful walking path by a lake. It was approximately 30 min from Disney and 15 min from Universal Studios. The inside is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and plenty of space for a couple looking for a little getaway. The kitchen has all you'll need to cook up a meal if you'd rather stay in, and there's a great little porch outside to enjoy the lovely scenery with a cup of coffee or tea. Definitely would recommend, and we will be coming back again in the future.

A wonderful, comfy home, great for a short weekend away from home. Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful decor inside, and it’s understandable why it’s called the treehouse because of the huge beautiful tree next door. The place was immaculate when we arrived, and the aesthetic was something id consider for my own home some day. Overall 10/10, this place is definitely somewhere id stay again. Thanks Michelle for making it such an easy and unforgettable time staying in this lovely home ☺️

The home is in Lake Davis community, a historic community with brick paved roads, a lake and park to walk around. It's a quiet neighborhood and very peaceful, but less than a mile to all major highways and Downtown Orlando.
A car will be your primary method of travel, however ubers are also a low cost option to get to Downtown Orlando if you are traveling without a car.
