Great location. Just a minute walk to light rail and 10 minutes walk to city. The house is tidy, comfortable and spacious. Vinayak is a friendly , responsive and responsible host.

This was the perfect apartment for my family of 4. The location was amazing, close to the Lyric theatre, restaurants the CBD and minutes walk to the ferry which we caught daily to go to places like Circular Quay and Luna Park etc. Everything is literally minutes from your door step. The apartment was spacious, clean and our kids loved the roof top pool, which is also heated. Check in is a breeze with someone on the front desk 24/7, which is great when you are arriving after hours. The host provides detailed instructions. We will stay again on our next trip to Sydney.

Everything & the location were awesome & convenient. The host was responsive, friendly & understanding. The checkin & checkout instructions were nice & clear. The keys were collected & returned at the 24/7 apartment reception. The apartment had great facilities, washing machine, dryer, & free WiFi. The location was only 1 - 10 minute walk to everything like shops, many wonderful restaurants along the Darling Harbour & Cockle Bay Wharf, Chinatown, Chinese Gardens, fun places, & public transport, e.g. catching a public ferry at the nearest Pyrmont Bay to the Luna Park, Sydney Opera House. The ferry was available every 20 minutes (tap a credit card at the self-serve entrance & exit, a ferry ticket is under $5, a few cents per km for the whole day). I highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic location. Apartment was very comfortable, spacious bedrooms, comfy living area and the rooftop pool and spa a bonus.

Photo of lounge area does not accurately represent current apartment furnishings. No armchairs just a couch & fold out futon. Disappointed with cleanliness kitchen. Grease marks on fridge & microwave. Bench tops required cleaning. Host commented that it was " strange" that no one else had reported these issues. Curtains in 2nd bedroom were hanging down, stained & torn at the hem. I reported all this to the host.
