Located in one of the safest neighborhoods in the area, 4 mins from the lake and the golf course, Food Lions down the road, and fort Liberty at only 18 minutes away. Our recently remodeled home is a spacious (2,000 sqft.) with 3 rooms, 2.5 baths, one extra huge room with an office space. Our back yard has a brand new fire pit which can be used during the upcoming cold nights in NC! The garage includes a gym for guests use. Upstairs: 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 large extra room with an annexed office space and Laundry room. Downstairs: half bath, living room, dining room, kitchen Garage: gym available with plenty room to drive car inside Backyard: fenced all around porch, fire pit, swings for kids and/or adults HUGE fully fenced in yard.

Spacious, and very close to shopping. We liked the house a lot! Great neighborhood and a development that you can easily go for a nice walk. All in all we had a fun trip and the house was an added bonus.
Enjoyed the stay. Had an issue getting into the house. The alarm went off and it took about 10-15 minutes to get hold of someone to disarm it. Other than that, everything went well. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your place!
House and location are perfect for family!
I liked the area and the backyard, the home as a whole is nice. A common issue I see with 2 story homes is the ac upstairs and the one downstairs have different systems and the one down stairs got to 80 by itself sometimes so we just turned it off completely and the house got SOO much cooler. The carpets upstairs could use a cleaning but you can tell the home was lived in that’s all. We checked in maybe a day later at around 12 at night and the code didn’t work so we stood outside for about 20 minutes before I could get ahold of someone. They say all cameras are turned off during the stay but the back porch camera looked like it was on sometimes. We checked out early to go home for spring break, so I informed them….they then asked me to clean up because their cleaning lady had trouble cleaning certain things….yeah.
