Overall，it’s located in a convenient location, nice and neat. However, there was miscommunication in check out, and the owner gave very bad attitude about the check out time for leaving at 10:25am. We were told the check out time at 10am, and we reply to confirm to leave by 10:30am. We were told to drop off the keys in the mailbox if leave before 10am, and they would come up cleaning at 10am. We were thinking to wait to hand deliver the keys and express appreciation in person, but it turned out that the owners were unhappy about our departure time. The owner gave us bad attitude when we saw them downstairs of the apartment. Not sure if cultural differences, but we did not deserve such bad attitude after all.

A beautiful apartment in a lovely area of Copenhagen, just a short walk from the Metro. I'd highly recommend. It was perfect.

Orestad is a newer neighborhood- we picked it because the person we were visiting lives nearby. Like the rest of Copenhagen it feels very safe, it has great public transit and lots of open green spaces. The apartment is spotless, overlooking the main open space in Orestad; it’s a ten-minute walk to the metro and the train. The downtown is 4 stops away - about a ten-minute ride at most. Christina was very responsive; an easy, uncomplicated and enjoyable stay.
