My place is close to the city center, public transport, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the location and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Apartment is in newly-built house about 500 metres from the beach and two minutes from the city center in really quiet surround. Comfortable for 2 people with terrace. You can relax spending time in garden with barbecue and swimming pool. Marijeta apartment is situated at the first floor of our mansion, overlooking the olive groves and St Nicholas’ church. • It consists of a bedroom with three beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a terrace. • The total floor area of the apartment is 24m2, accompanied by its 7m2 terrace.

2 minutes walking from the center, which was just enough to have our own privacy and peace. Will definitely come back.

Very clean and modern apartment. The pool was our highlight. Our 10 month old daughter loved it. The place is quite and in a good walking distance to Komiza center.

Clean, lovely, well equipped apartment with beautiful view at the local wineyards. Short walk to the town center and local beaches. Apartments has acces to the pool, laundry and private terrace. Jasminka was really nice and helpful host, she owns beautiful pastry shop Cukar near the local post office, with authentic cakes, cookies and pastries. We tried many of them, highly recommend!

Neighborhood is really quiet wit just few houses, many gardens with olive trees and vineyards, no noise, just birdsong.

Local buses are going on all ferry arrivals and bring you to Komiža. From there you have 2 minutes walking to our house, we will explain how to come or we can wait for you. There is a free parking place just in front of our house.
