This is truly a beautiful apartment - the photos in the listing are an honest representation. There were loads of positives: great location, beautiful decorations, tons of small helpful amenities like beach towels, washer and dryer, starter sugar/soap, hairdryers, etc. The two large bedrooms have morning views of the sunrise on the water from the beds; it was lovely… The two smaller bedrooms are very small with no views at all - cute and comfortable but hard to cool. We ended up rotating rooms so everyone got a chance at the views and ocean breezes. The only real negative that we experienced was major construction/repair going on at the apartment beside us. There was a scaffolding outside the small bedroom window and they were using a hammer drill starting at 9:30am a few days of our visit. Luckily we were out most days anyway but it is worth asking about it if you are planning for a more tranquil staycation. Beautiful, friendly, safe… will definitely try to book again!

Exceeded all expectations with incredible views, unbeatable location and beautiful, comfortable interior - our family felt right at home! Franziska was an incredible host - very accommodating and always willing to go the extra mile. It was a truly memorable stay for my family.

It was a lovely stay! Pity we had to work for most of it, so we didn’t spend much time in the home. But will definitely recommend it and will come back for holiday.

A very stylishly furnished and modern apartment in a good location and the wine was a lovely gesture. Walking distance from Cape Town Stadium. Extremely responsive hosts. The apartment is a bit smaller than expected but still decent space for a family.The apartment is on the side and corner of the apartment building and therefore the sea view is from the corner of the lounge but also from the two main bedrooms. The smaller bedrooms' windows look onto the building and piping. The windows in the lounge are a bit noisy when windy (we had extreme storms when we were there) and due to older building the pipes are a tad noisy. Overall a lovely stay in a very good location.
