Firstly id like to say over all it was a big house to stay at for the price that was paid, Yue was good at communication with clear replies. but our issues were all of upstairs was locked up which we understood as she only advertised 3 rooms but the balcony that was advertised in the photos we did not have access to as it was locked aswell. Also one of the showers in the second master wouldnt drain properly leading it to overflow therefore all of us had to share one shower, in the same room of the overflowing shower the toilet would make an agitating noises all night and the toilet in the half bathroom would leak also leading to a foul smell that lingers, on top of that the oven did not work and on the side of the house when we got there was a pile of rubbish which we assume was from the last guests of the house leading us to add on to the already massive pile.

Its a very nice, spacious house. With a lovely out door area and swimming pool. The house was clean. Unfortunately the oven did not work, the pool furniture needs replacing as we fell through it and a toilet leaked. Not sure what happened to the fire alarms, but they were all removed. Other than these details, it was a pleasant stay.

Yue was extremely helpful with all enquiries and responded very promptly. Very friendly and pro- active. The home was lovely- very quiet and peaceful surroundings, fabulous pool area, safe for kids. Bedrooms were very comfortable with lovely linen provided. The kitchen was fairly well- equipped. It has a " Caffitaly" coffee maker which requires specialist pods- available at Woolworths which is fairly close by. I would suggest plastic plates/cups for children to use and another set of cutlery. These are just suggestions and did not in any way hinder our stay! We very much enjoyed our stay.
