Great place to stay.. worth the price

The place was clean, homey and secure with all the outside cctvs. Had fun reading all the instructions on how to keep the house clean. The host was really accommodating and responsive especially that time where I had problems locating the place and that time where I accidentally locked myself outside because I forgot that they had a smart locking system and the keys were inside. 😅 Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at JanHaven. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place near city proper in Butuan City.

Shangrilla 2 Subdivision in Butuan City has fewer residential houses compared to other subdivisions; that is why it is one of the most peaceful neighborhoods in town.
Apart from that, most of the homeowners are professionals working in different government agencies, from emergency responders, medical and uniformed personnel, judicial, and a few politicians.
