The 1100sqft Villa is located close(just 50m) to the Kappad beach which is one among the 8 beaches in India that got blue flag certificate. One of the stunning beaches in Kerala, Kappad Beach is revered as one of the most important historical sites in God’s Own Country! Nestled away from humdrums of city-life, this is the beach where the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama landed during the 15th century. An important trade centre during the mediaeval period for the Arabs, Greeks, Romans, and Portuguese, Kappad Beach is now known for its opulent beauty and alluring charm. Also called the ‘Gateway to the Malabar Coast’, this sandy retreat is also fringed with a number of historical landmarks.

A comfortable place. The place was clean and very well located. However, the host kept stopping by unannounced and often.
Great Host. Nice house. Beach at Walkable distance. Good Restaurants are little far (for sea-food).. Kids enjoyed.. Worth a holiday.. The lawn area makes it even more enjoyable- there was a slide for kids (upto4yrs) to play with. the lawn with the bench is perfect for photos Nearby - fuel station eateries bar beach mosque temple

we had a great stay for 3 nights at this place..it is right next to Thuvvara beach park which is calm and a nice place. around 15 minutes walk to kaapad beach, autos are also available at minimal price. location is very good. ummer was very good at communicating everything..the house had everything basic we needed for stay. he took all the additional steps for our comfortable stay and was reachable anytime. it was an affordable stay during this vacation season of December and a very good location..will definitely like to revisit and recommend

This beach town shares a decent connectivity with the rest of Kerala. It is only 16km from Calicut(Kozhikode) city. Visitors can avail regular buses operated from Calicut in order to reach Kappad Beach by road or can hire taxis

You can reach by train from any part of India. Nearest railwaystation is Calicut (Kozhikode) 19 kms or quilandy railway station 9 kms
By air:
Kappad Beach is only 44 Kilometres away from the Calicut International Airport (Karipur). Distance from Kannur international airport is 85 kms.
