Bungalow in family friendly south Winnipeg area. We ensure a clean and quiet home for extended work trips or other extended need housing; 2 week minimum. There is designated work area with reliable wi-fi, great desk and office chair! Housekeeping is offered up to 2 hours once every 2 weeks (Fridays from 10 a.m.-12 p.m.) . We do not accept anything less than two-week rentals so please find a more suitable listing if you are looking for a shorter rental. Pets considered case by case basis. This is a cozy bungalow with two bedrooms on main floor and a third in the basement with a full egress window. Full bathroom on each floor as well couch and tv on both floors. Wash and dryer but guests supply detergent and dryer sheets as desired. Access to the kitchen is through two wide entry doors with a full kitchen table for dining. Third main floor bedroom is set up as an office but for longer term rentals who prefer all three bedrooms on main floor, we can make this accommodation (one month minimum). Y This is not a party area, but meant to be for people looking for longer term reasonably priced accommodations. We understand your pets are important and do offer a fully fenced yard but the pets may not be left outdoors unattended and are accepted only upon discussions with the owner and subject to additional cleaning fees. We do not auto-accept guests as the fees related to pets and cleaning need to be added to the base rental fees which only cover the first two weeks and up to one pet.
