房屋干净，便捷，离地铁站8分钟左右路程，屋外海边的风景真的很美！
Place is in a nice and quiet residential area but close walk to train/bus stations. If you are traveling with any loud person/s this may not be a good spot for you. Some of us found one of the rooms smelt abit like hay which Google has said is common for the type of matt on the floor so wasn't a big concern. Has all amenities you need and a short walk to restaurants/Lawson/Family mart. overall very good spot.
My 9-day stay at Takeshi's place was enjoyable overall. The apartment was clean and cozy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. Takeshi was a responsive host and ensured a smooth check-in process. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby convenience store like Lawson’s which is a short 4 min walk and nearest station was about 10mins away. However, the downside was the strict quiet time policy from 8 pm to 8 am, which might not suit everyone's schedule. Additionally, checkout is at 10 am, which could feel a bit early for some guests. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying again in the future. This is a perfect place to stay for vacationing families.

"Here in Monzennakacho, the friendly residents with an Edokko spirit and a love of downtown are irresistible.
The Fukagawa Ennichi, held three times a month (on the 1st, 15th, and 28th of each month), is always a lively event with some 350 stalls lining the approach to Tomioka Hachiman Shrine and Fukagawa Fudo Hall and the Eitai-dori shopping street. Since the shrine is known locally as "Hachiman-sama," it is common to see people worshipping there even at night.
The quietness of the temple and the unmoving hands of the worshippers will surely help you to reset your day.
The Kiyosumi Garden, designated as a place of scenic beauty by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, is located next to Fukagawa Park in the direction of Kiyosumi Shirakawa, and is composed mainly of fountains, artificial hills, and dry landscape. Kiyosumi-dori is lined with row-home style stores with a retro Showa-era look, and the mix of old-style stores and fashionable stores started by young people creates a unique atmosphere.
This is truly an interesting landscape and well worth a visit.
In spring, when the rows of cherry trees along both banks of the Oyoko River are in beautiful bloom, the "Oedo Fukagawa Sakura Festival" is held.
Visitors can view the cherry blossoms along the river from a Japanese-style boat or a power boat, and enjoy the illumination of the cherry blossoms at night.
As for transportation, the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line and Toei Subway Oedo Line are available, so you can go to Roppongi, Shinjuku, Tsukiji Market, Tsukishima, and Tokyo Station (Otemachi) without changing trains.
Kiyosumi-Shirakawa station (Tokyo Metro Hanzomon line) is available about 15 minutes walk north from Monzennakacho station.
Also, a 6-minute walk from Monzennakacho Station is Etchujima Station on the JR Keiyo Line, which takes you to Disneyland (Maihama Station) in 12 minutes without transfers!
It is also only one bus ride to Lalaport in Toyosu! You can also go to Ginza in 15 minutes by bicycle ^^.
This area has excellent access to the city center, sightseeing, and amusement parks!
