RN House proved to be a good choice for our 3 week stay in Hat Yai, The room is spotless clean and spacious, has a designated area for working, we also really liked the patio in front of the room. Although, The location is not central, the house is within walking distances to the night markets, Central Hat Yai, a wet market, 7-11, and many restaurants. The host Chong is very kind and responsive, always there to help.

For me, this was one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. There's a convenience store and food options nearby, the place is close to malls, bus and train station. You get a private entrance and a terrace just for yourself. The design of the space was very well thought through. It's not luxury, but you can tell every item has been carefully selected to create a comfortable space. Giant desk with an office chair, like a work station, you don't find that much in rentals, - perfect for working or studying. Large window, counter with extremely comfortable bar stools, where you can enjoy your meals. Extensive utensils. Enormous TV set with Netflix is a great addition. The place is new, there may be some minor imperfections, at times it was a little noisy from the renovation, but overall it is a property kept to a high standard with a fine touch (high-quality bath set, slides) for an affordable price, unique for a long-term stay. The host was highly professional and the housekeeper so nice!
