Stayed here for five nights. Comfortable enough and spacious but needs some deep cleaning as the carpets were stained and there was a rip in the sofa. Comunicación was very good and the place is convenient to tune and Boris bikes . Quiet street so slept well. Bed was comfy.

Everything is expensive in London, and this was pretty reasonable. all the hardware was there (stove, microwave, tv, washer). Hotel next door runs the place, so you just need to ask any questions at the desk. The staff is very helpful. We had a bit of trouble and had to wait a while to get in because the door cards didn't work. One further note: it would be great if basic consumables were supplied---we needed to get oli and salt and pepper to fry eggs, and buy a pack of pods to do one load of laundry. Do bring all of these with you.

The apartment matched the description precisely and was impeccably clean. Its location was excellent, near Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations, with convenient bus stops nearby, just a few blocks from Hyde Park in a beautiful neighbourhood. Julia was always helpful, allowing us an early check in, which was very convenient, and arranging for us to leave our luggage at the hotel reception next door after check out. Without a doubt, we will return. Our experience at Julia’s place was fantastic.
