Welcome welcome ! A central 1BR home, in Swieqi within walking distance to all the schools, coffee shops, amenities and anything to make your holiday that much more special. Upon entering our guests are welcome with a comfy and fully equipped kitchen with access to a sofa and a smart TV. A balcony is also provided with outdoor furniture and a large Double sized BED. Did I mention on of the only properties in this area to have access to a communal POOL? Pool, super STRONG WIFI, AC all INCL All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| The living area is designed to be a haven of relaxation, featuring plush and comfortable seating options for everyone to gather and enjoy quality time together. Sink into the cozy sofa, where you can unwind after a long day of exploring the beautiful island of Malta. Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast at the breakfast bar or hosting a dinner party in the dining area, this kitchen has everything you need to prepare a lovely meal. Bedrooms| 1 bedroom, including a double bed. There is also a sofa-bed accessible from the living area which can accommodate 2 more guests. Bathrooms | 1 Bathroom featuring a shower. Linens | At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. Pool | All guests have a shared pool, provided with sunbeds, ensuring a relaxing afternoon.

I would start my review by thanks, The accommodation is very clean, with space and near to all (beach, shop, nightclub,…). The only bad point is about the ustensiles there’s not enough. Thanks you the host, Best regards
Nous sommes venus en vacances dans cet appartement pour profiter de Malte pendant quelques jours et des nombreuses activités présentes dans les villes à proximité, Matthew est un hôte très sympathique, très réactif lorsque nous avons une demande particulière et avec des explications claires, l’appartement était très bien situé à seulement 500m à pied de Paceville et de ses nombreux bars et restaurants, la résidence est bien sécurisée (caméra des surveillance 24/24) et facile à trouver lors de l’arrivée, la propreté de l’appartement était au rendez-vous (seulement quelques petites odeurs d’humidité dans la salle de bains le matin en particulier mais rien de très dérangeant) la cuisine est tout équipée et la piscine commune est un vrai + pour cet appartement (les logements avec piscine sont très rares sur Malte et encore plus avec un prix comme celui de cet appartement) Je recommande cet appartement et remercie Matthew pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité par messages.
This was a large apartment in a great location. Really easy to walk to the harbour, shops and supermarket. Quiet building and nice pool too. Some basic amenities weren’t there, like hand soap or dishwasher tablets, maybe because the airbnb is a new listing when we stayed. Would stay again!

The nearest bus stop to our apartment is just a short walk away, and from there you can easily reach many of the island's top attractions, including Valletta, Sliema, and the Blue Lagoon.
For those looking for more flexibility, renting a car or scooter is a great option. There are several car and scooter rental companies located in the nearby towns of St. Julian's and Sliema, and our apartment has plenty of on-street parking available for guests who choose to rent a car.
