This lovely room and house is a 14-day minimum rental. Having the longer term rental commonality amongst tennants creates mutual respect, which in turn makes for peaceful living conditions.

The North section of Scranton is a beautiful area to live. Neighborhood is safe, and businesses are within walking distance if needed. It is close to downtown Scranton and only a few miles from Interstate 81. There are 3 hospital systems within a 6 mile radius.
There are lots of ways to get around Scranton. Walk, bike, Uber, taxi, car, and train. The Scranton/ Wilkes-Barre International Airport is also only 10 minutes away.
