Place was very clean and cozy as described. Was obvious from walking in the front door that owners take great care and pride in this property. Low ceilings were not surprise after previous reviews. Was surprised about the street parking limitations. Originally was planning to walk into downtown but our plans changed so didn't pursue this question with Warren while we were there. Would stay again if needed.

The house is adorable! It had everything we needed for our two night stay. The neighborhood is super cute and walkable- very suburban feel and an easy walk to Willamette U, which was the reason for our stay. The beds are super comfortable and the house was spotless! Our only note is that we are a very tall family- husband is 6'5", daughter is 5'11" and I am 5'10" so we were aware of the low ceilings and smaller beds. We really enjoyed our stay- the whole process was very easy and the house was comfortable and felt safe. Also it is the CUTEST house! We love the color and decor- it felt like a real cottage vacation.

Great place, it was a cozy cottage and was well kept up and had everything we needed. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

As described, the place is small but cozy. Beds were really comfortable. Location is fantastic - easily walkable to the the capitol, Willamette University and downtown. Those over 6' tall might need some adjustment time. The ceilings are quite low and the shower head will be chest height.
