We have affectionately dubbed this place “the slanty shanty” as others have mentioned the house is in pretty rough shape. No coffee or any bathroom toiletries (even soap) are provided at this place some come prepared. Michael’s was very responsive and great to deal with so A plus rating for the host. The house works fine if you just need a bed for a couple nights.

This house was not clean- cobwebs on kitchen ceiling, dirty floors, dust on all dressers and window sills looked like they hadn’t been wiped in years. Blinds on windows were broken and dirty. Could not open any windows as screens did not fit. Broken window in back porch was not fixed and glass was still on the ground outside. The electrical outlets in the downstairs bedroom did not have plate covers on them. There were not enough dishes or cups for the number of guests. The place did not smell clean. Although the owner responded when we called and did come check things out - they did swipe the cob webs off with a broom, swept up the glass outside from the broken window and brought us new cups and plates and compensated by reducing rent. BBQ was available but was not cleaned.
