The location of the accommodation is perfect. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and close to Portobello Market. It was perfect for our stay.

Idéalement situé à 3mn à pied de Portobelllo road, à quelques minutes de bus et métros qui regagnent les centres d'intérêts de la ville. Logement conforme à la description, suffisant pour 2 personnes. Sol pas très propre et quelques équipements de base manquant (verres, torchons, etc.) mais bon rapport qualité-prix.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Fidèle à la description. Propre. Matelas très confortable. Très bien placé à deux pas du métro (Westbourn Park) Calme Studio en sous sol. Avec passage devant la fenêtre (avec les rideaux l'eclairage reste correct). Bémol: impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre si vous cuisinez ça peut être gênant. Si les locataires du dessus ont des enfants les bruits de planchers peuvent être présents. Sinon très calme. Très heureuse du séjour . Hôte réactif et accueillant

From the moment I approached the entrance, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The exterior towards the front-door of the basement apartment was marred by heaps of rubbish and neglected cleaning equipment exposed in the broken service cabinet, setting a disappointing tone for the rest of the experience. The flat was remarkably basic, lacking even the most essential amenities such as drinking glasses. It was evident that the remnants of previous guests had not been properly addressed, as rubbish from their stay still lingered. The broken shower handle/ wall bracket only added to the discomfort, turning what should have been a simple necessity into an unpleasant chore. Despite its shortcomings, it's not all doom and gloom; With some attention to detail and maintenance, it has the potential to be a more inviting and livable space - please clean the dirty carpet in the foyer for instance.
