The place was in a great location and was very clean. Whenever I had a question about the property or staying process Brian was very responsive and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to stay in the future.

Brian was a friendly, responsive, and accommodating host. The unit was very clean, quiet and in a great location. The bathroom was especially nice. The surroundings were pristine, and I hope to take advantage of the kayaks there next time I visit. I highly recommend staying here!

Brian was communicative and most pleasant. The big bonus for us was his two kayaks; available for those who might be a little adventurous. As an angler and an amateur bird watcher this was an added value of the highest order. Within minutes of the launch, we saw numerous birds, fish species, and even manatees up close. Even without using the kayaks, there is a pleasant dock where one can relax by the water and is literally 40 feet out the door. The WiFi was strong. Cannot say enough about how great this place was and hope to visit again.

Unser Aufenthalt war super! Die Unterkunft ist neu, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Brian ist ein toller Gastgeber, er gibt Tipps für Unternehmungen und ihm ist wichtig dass man sich wohl fühlt. Wir haben den Pool und den Whirlpool geliebt :)

Brian‘s home was very peaceful and a lot more spacious than I thought the bathroom was definitely one of my favorite amenities of the home even had its own carport for you to park in. I will be definitely booking again when I’m in town
