Enjoy a stylish and comfortable stay at Red Brick House - a charming terrace style home located in the heart of Horsham. Recently renovated, this charming and sophisticated single level home offers spacious and comfortable living suitable for families and small groups visiting the region or stopping over between Melbourne and Adelaide. This property is also suited to those in Horsham for work purposes. Located only 500m to Horsham's main street, this home is close to all of the best restaurants and cafes, and amenities required for a convenient and enjoyable stay. The red brick terrace styled facade and beautiful leadlight at the entrance will stand out on your arrival. The entrance hall features tessellated tiles and ceiling rose with chandelier style lighting. This home is built around an open plan kitchen, living and dining area, complete with a 55 inch television, two comfortable leather couches and a six seat dining table. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher and walk in pantry. Some breakfast cereals, butter and spreads, along with milk, tea, coffee and sugar is provided. A separate lounge room sits at the front of the home, overlooking a cottage style front garden. This room features a soft leather couch, a second 55 inch television, and an array of books to curl up with. Antique furnishings, chandelier style lighting, and picture rails set with vintage artwork creates a sense of old world charm. In addition, a dedicated workspace and wi-fi is provided for those looking to work during the stay. The three bedrooms sit toward the rear of the home. The main bedroom consists of a king size bed and a walk in robe, while the two remaining bedrooms consist of queen sized beds and built in robes. The bedrooms have been styled with modern artwork, bedside tables and lamps, and soft rugs. For a restful sleep, plush mattresses have been chosen, along with high quality linen, ceiling fans, and block out blinds. A newly installed ducted heating and cooling system ensures comfort no matter what the weather or season. The bedrooms are serviced by a character filled bathroom comprising a separate shower and clawfoot bath. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and a hair dryer is provided. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and laundry detergent. Externally, there is a paved open air dining area with a large table and bench seats to seat six. In addition, there is a separate undercover courtyard area complete with a wine barrel and stools. To the rear of the property sits a small manicured yard with a full size clothesline. There is a single car garage available for use. It measures 4m wide and the height clearance is 2.05m. There is a space in the driveway for another car, and for additional cars, ample free street parking. For the security of the host and guests, cameras are installed at the front door, the driveway, and in the garage.

It was clean, neat, extremely comfortable and had great quality beds that allowed us to get a awesome sleep. The internal lounge and outdoor areas where well presented too. I didn't get to use the claw foot bath but will do next stay. As we were in Horsham for work, the access to the garage space that also had a rear roller door allowed us to store our trade van with trailer attached so everything was safe and sound. Location was great too.
Lauren's place was fantastic. Very modern and extremely comfortable. Lauren was also proactive on communication and very helpful. I would definitely choose to stay again when next I'm in Horsham.
