Standing Boy Mountain Bike Trails are under 5 miles away & Cooper Creek Park is right at 6. Also our yard has plenty of room to play. This private home is right at 2000 sq ft and has been recently updated in almost every aspect. The only stairs are upon entering the home. Two of the three bedrooms have attached bathrooms and a third bath is in the hall. The kitchen has all new appliances, is well equipped for preparing meals and there is space to eat in the kitchen or dining room. We have a Keurig with coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. This location is ideal; there is a Publix, Fresh Market, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Lake Oliver Marina, access to the Riverwalk, bowling alley, Standing Boy Mountain Bike Trails and a trampoline park less than 5 minutes away. Within 10 minutes you can be at restaurants and shops in Columbus Park Crossing or the Landings. Head 10 minutes in the opposite direction and you can be at one of the many downtown restaurants, more access to the Columbus Riverwalk, The RiverCenter, South Commons or Golden Park. If you need to work while here, the WIFI is excellent and a workspace is set up in the office with a large corner desk, a comfortable desk chair and basic office supplies. A monitor and keyboard are available upon request. For those here for nursing, you will be less than 10 minutes to any hospital. If Fort Moore is your destination, you can be on I-185 in 2 minutes- and the entrance to the base is an easy, all 4-lane drive. Each bedroom has a smart tv, there is a large smart tv in the living room and we have books and games for all ages. We have a new washer and dryer and provide detergent, dryer sheets, etc.. A screened in porch with seating is on the front of the house which sits in the center of the large yard. We are pet people and welcome furry friends. You will have covered parking for one car and there is ample space for additional cars if needed. We realize that everyone’s needs are different, and want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. However, if you have a situation that requires something specific, please ask us upon booking; we are happy to meet your need if it is possible for us to do so.
