Place was like pictured, great beach view and access and loved the outdoor space. Unfortunately we could not find some basic kitchen needs like a cutting board and a strainer etc. also no outdoor beach supplies like chairs, sand buckets etc. However, this would not deter me from going again, I would just make sure to pack it or reach out to see if it is now stocked. In the end, it was fantastic and my issues are small :)

This house was fine in terms of space and cleanliness but there were very little options in the kitchen when it came to cooking and serving. Just the bare minimum. This is also on a public access, drive up beach. There were people on the beach ALL hours of the night partying and being extremely loud. We were woken up from loud music at 4am and 6am. The daytime is also extremely crowded. If we hadn't claimed a spot on the beach in the early morning then we would have had no where to go. Every inch of the beach was covered by people and cars so just claim your spot early and be prepared to be surrounded by people on the weekends and cars driving back and forth constantly. We have little kids so the cars driving by made it difficult to relax and play. We have only stayed at private beaches in Jamaica Beach in the past so this was just a real surprise to us. The clothes dryer didn't work at all and the dish washer didn't work well either. It kept stopping and we would have to restart it.

Great location right on Jaimaca Beach with quick beachfront access. Was perfect for a relaxing weekend.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was right on the beach and we enjoyed the space. Clean, had the necessities and was over all lovely.

There was nothing for cooking except pans. No salt, pepper, oil nothing. Didn’t t know about dryer until we arrived. The property manager was wonderful! Prompt, very helpful but somethings were not in her control. Directly the responsibility of the owner.
