Hands down, one of the best Airbnbs in Tennessee
We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home! When you first walk in you are taken aback by the stunning views! All deck levels have awesome views and it was truly so beautiful. It’s located in a great area and only took about 15 minutes to get to Pigeon Forge. The home was immaculate. All rooms are well sized and decorated nicely with their own bathrooms. The pool room, theater room and game room were a huge hit with our 11 person group that ages ranged from infant to 60’s. Everyone loved it and we had such a great time rain or shine because the house has so many entertaining qualities. You will not regret booking this place, it really is awesome.
Perfect! So many other words to describe this beautiful home but absolutely perfect comes to mind first. We had everything we needed right there in the house! Our family vacation could have been just staying in the house and not visiting The Great Smoky Mountains,Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge! The house is exactly like the pictures depict! The grandkids could have spent their whole vacation in the 6ft deep pool or playing in the game room or winding down in the theater room!! It was just fabulous. We had 7 adults and 4 grandbabies and everyone from age 64 to 6 months had an awesome time! Every family had their own room with private bathroom and the grandbabies had double bunkbeds, top and bottom with their own bathroom! Jordan,Brad,Amanda and Shelby are very personable,friendly, very quick to respond and I mean quick and always made sure we had everything we needed and encouraged us to let them know if we needed anything to make our stay amazing. This is the Airbnb you want! DO IT!
We had an amazing 4 night stay over Easter weekend at Delta Dawn! Our family of 8 enjoyed every inch of this luxury home! The home was spotless and very well stocked with all the essentials and beyond. We spent many hours on the the 3 decks enjoying the breath taking views of the Smokies from the hot tub, the large dinner table and the well finished TV deck! Our family spent time preparing meals together in the kitchen/living area- great large open floor plan and beautiful decor! The night hours were spent in the game room playing pool, shuffle board, NFL Blitz and Golf. We headed to the spectacular indoor pool with windows all around overlooking the mountains, LED lights to add ambiance .We hopped in the hot tub before settling down in the movie room which was a highlight for my family as well! The fiber optic star ceiling along with the comfy seating were just the right recipe for yet another family gathering! Bedrooms were amazing and each has its own bathroom! We LOVED!!!!

Located in the upscale Walden's Creek area, remote enough to get the Smoky Mountain experience, but endless entertainment is only a few miles away.
Driving to Delta Dawn Retreat is all on paved, relatively easy roads. The driveway itself is paved, and sloped toward the house. Pull in slowly and by sure to use your parking brake. During winter months, there is potential for ice, and all wheel drive is helpful.
