The Little House is quiet and tucked away. Braunton and Barnstaple are a 10 minute drive away. The beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde and Woolacombe are all 15 mins drive away. We are in a peaceful, rural, stunning valley location. The well equipped Little House is an open plan set up with a comfy king size bed, kitchen, living and dining area. WiFi is decent and free. Outside you have your own patio and a private paddock anda fire pit. Everything is totally self contained and private. The Little House is a quirky, small and cosy open plan cottage/basement apartment. Note: low ceilings/beams around 6 foot throughout. With a king size bed, sofa bed, TV, fully fitted kitchen, dining table and benches and a wet room. The Little House looks across your driveway out onto our garden, paddock, stream and the woodland beyond. Please note, the Little House is not a detached property, it is part of our Long House which was built in 1670. At the rear of the Little House you have a picnic bench, private patio and a fire pit. Your own driveway and parking as well as access to your own paddock. We have made sure that although we live on site, everything about the Little House is totally self contained. We are here to help you, but you do not need to come into contact with us. There is no doubt it is quiet here! It is a great location from which to explore North Devon, then head back and enjoy a glass of vino listening the to rooks up above roost and the owls hoot. Our property is very old with lots of character. If you are a looking for a big light and airy, modern property with huge windows, tall ceilings and somewhere flooded with day light - don't book the Little House! However if you want a wee pad in a great location, utterly stress free with a super comfy bed, a well equipped kitchen, power shower, lovely linen and a place where you can sleep with the door open at night.
