Understanding that this was a new property listing, we experienced various unacceptable issues. These included an unlocked door (which after being flagged to our host, took 5 days to be fixed), no laundry facilities (although listed as available by the host at the time of booking), driveway renovation works (which involved wet tarmac blocking access into and out of the property at a time that had not been communicated to us by the host), and the installation/repair of the AC system with no prior warning (interrupting our stay with renovation noise and blocking our access to the upstairs of this property for a number of hours). Our host was willing to discuss these point, although dismissed all but the washer as points due financial compensation (yet received). Our lasting impressions of this property are that we believe that one day it will make for a comfortable and convenient options for guests. However, before this, please bear in mind that there is outstanding work necessary.
