You can walk to the rue du fbg st Denis and its specialty shops nearby, or to the river or shop at the malls. A cosy living room with sofabed and an equipped open kitchen, a comfy queen size bedroom, a monsoon shower, a separate toilet, a washing machine. Work or relax and even order room service from the great restaurant downstairs.

Cedric’s apartment is lovely. It had everything we needed. The apartment is on the 5th floor, so be aware of this. It is in the listing, so we knew about it. We had no trouble with the stairs. The lock was a bit tricky one day, and Cedric responded to my text immediately. He carefully explained how to make it work. It is reasonably priced for Paris. We’d stay here again.

The stay was great and Jerome was very welcoming. The flat is very nice, comfortable and within walking distance to many places to visit, metro, restaurants, etc. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was very nice, we were a family of three with a 5 year old kid. The apartment is clean and modern, located on the very top floor with rooftop views. While there’s no elevator, climbing up was not a problem for us. The host was accommodating, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

In the center of Paris, the apartment is located in a quiet and pleasant street in the district of Faubourg Denis.
In the adjacent streets, you can find cuisine from all over the world, cosy and friendly restaurants.
You will find small shops and groceries.
The district is very artistic, you will find theaters, the Grévin museum and the REX cinema nearby. You can stroll through the historic districts of Sentier and Bourse, then have a drink on the Grands Boulevards.

A few metro stations away you can visit the big monuments of Paris, and go shopping in department stores such as Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.
The rue du Faubourg Saint Denis with all its specialty shops is a few steps away.
There are 2 great places for breakfast and brunch both on rue de Trévise.
Both very popular. I always see people queue there.
