Great location, wonderful host and reasonable rates. Only downside is there are some minor issues with flush in two toilets. There were sufficient sheets, towels and comforters for all, but not extra. Instructions on how to adjust house temperature would have been great. Overall had a great experience with family and friends.

For a large group this is a great rate and space. I give it three stars as the beds are quite hard. The stove top was tricky to work with and microwave didn’t work. Dishwasher was very different, hopefully I loaded it properly. Definitely some cleaning issues, floors didn’t look great , some bad spills on walls from last people. Very dated but the price was much cheaper than other air bnb the same size. I probably would stay again . We were very appreciative of the early check in!!’ Robert was fantastic at communicating also!
