This place could be absolutely fantastic, its location is spot on and really close to everything. The communication from the host was very good. The slight negatives are that the place would benefit hugely from a lick of paint, and some TLC. The bed in one of the rooms was broken and very rickety, bathroom had a smell of drains and was very tired and grubby. In the living room there’s a cupboard which contains some sort of heating system that has the door falling off and is covered by an old dirty curtain. The pictures look like they must have been taken some time ago and the place is definitely ready for a refurbishment. Price too high for the quality.
This bnb was very nice and cute on the inside the only issue we faced were there were a lot of stairs we were not expecting that and also the walls are paper thin we could barely sleep the whole weekend because of how noisy the upstairs neighbor was but overall it was fine lots of great Chinese,Thai & Japanese food around and great walking distance if it's a nice day
Everything was as described, hosts were responsive, and the location was very conveniently near the convention center with lots of good restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!
Central location in the middle of Chinatown and walkable to Old City. Nice place to stay with our dog and check in and check out were easy. However you can hear every step the neighbors would take either in the stairwell or directly above you.

Modern day Chinatown is a full blown community with bright lights and colors all around town.
As one of the most vibrant places in the city, Chinatown is a huge dining and tourist attraction as well. Trendy new shops seem to pop up left and right and for what was once a place dominated by Chinese food is now a melting pot for all kinds of Asian cuisines ranging from Malaysian, Korean, Vietnamese, Japanese and more. The building's lower level houses the Hookah Bar, contributing to the liveliness of the surroundings.
Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation.
Staying at this Sosuite, you're a few minutes away from the Convention Center, Center City, the sights at the Independance hall, and the museums of Northern Liberty.
That just leaves one question: Where to park the car?
PARKING:
Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two.
Parking lots in nearby streets charge about $25/day.
They are plenty of other paid long-term parking options nearby too. A good resource is the parking locator.
Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.
MOVING AROUND:
For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.
Otherwise, we recommend moving around the city using uber or lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!
