Sunrise Beach 1103 - Beachfront Condo It's all about the beach at this waterfront condo featuring a well-equipped, full kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the Emerald Coast. This condo also includes a spacious living and dining area, perfect for meals, entertainment, or just time with family or friends. Guests will also enjoy access to shared pools, a fitness center, basketball, and so much more. With so many great amenities both on-site and nearby, this rental is sure to become a family favorite. Sunrise Beach is located just down the road from Gulf World, an aquarium with shark feedings, dolphin encounters, and animal shows. Just a few minutes west is Pier Park, an outdoor town center with souvenir shopping at Ron Jon's, dining, and endless shopping opportunities at places such as Beach Hut and Avenue Sea. Also at Pier Park you'll find a 16-screen movie theater and a Dave & Busters arcade. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> Reservations for March through October include beach service. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>This rental is located on floor 11. <br/>Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. <br/>Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quite hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. This place was perfect for my family with lots of space. 2 bathrooms was great and the balcony was spacious and a beautiful view. My bed was super comfy too.
Great location, access to beach was great. Condo has some amenities not mentioned. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Only problem was time there was too short.
I would give our stay here an overall rating of 3.5 stars. The room itself was very nice, up-to-date decor, and accommodating with kitchen appliances and board games, with a great location directly on the beach. We enjoyed the fact that it was only on the 11th floor, however that did make for a little added late night noise from outside that we could've done without. The cleanliness of the room was not the best; I imagine having a beachfront property is difficult to keep clean, but it definitely made the bottoms of our feet black and gritty from the moment we got in. We did have some trouble accessing the Wi-Fi password and getting the TV to work. Thankfully, we were able to figure it out ourselves because when we tried to call the help number, the lady who "helped" us was absolutely unhelpful and sounded very annoyed and bothered by having to do anything. Throughout our stay, my entire family was experiencing some severe allergy symptoms. I assumed it was from excessive pollen from outside, but on our last day before we checked out, as I was going through each of the rooms to ensure that we didn't leave anything behind, when I looked underneath the beds, there was a sheet of dust like it hadn't been cleaned underneath the beds in years that was pretty disgusting to see, and also might be the reason why we were having such allergies. If not for the cleanliness factor, I would've rated this room much higher.
We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect for our needs - very clean, equipped with anything we should have needed, excellent service at the front desk, great amenities. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone and will look to stay here again if I get back to Florida.
The worst part of the trip was having to leave. There were some minor inconveniences, like a squeaky bunk bed, but it wasnt a huge issue since there was another bed to put the kids in.
