Our charming recently remodeled three-bedroom house with a pool and a big pool house is located 5 min from SpaceX, 6 min from SoFi stadium and the Forum, 7 min from LAX (Airport), 9 min from Dockweiler beach. It takes just 10 min to get to the best surfer's beach in LA - El Porto. Mins from the 105 and 405 as well as LAX. High-speed internet is ideal for work-at-home trips. A short LA drive to Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Venice. Relax and enjoy yourself, you’re in the City of Angels! I love my guests and strive to provide the best experience possible. 1) NO PARTIES. NO VISITORS. NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list. If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend ANY amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave. MAXIMUM 8 GUESTS EXTRA GUEST FEE AFTER 4 GUESTS, $100 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT if the host confirms that extra guests can stay. Otherwise, The RESERVATION will be CANCELED by Airbnb for violation of Airbnb policies 2) NO PETS unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet. 3) NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR THE LIKE INSIDE We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $2000. 4) KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM BETWEEN 10:00PM AND 8:00AM Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. 5) All guests must have a VALID WORKING PHONE NUMBER so we are able to contact them if needed. Failure to provide this can result in a non-refundable cancellation of the reservation. 6) Hot tub and Swimming Pool Please never leave children unattended near or in the hot tub/pool! No lifeguard on duty! No heated pool Do not have glassware near the hot tub and pool areas. If glass is found in the hot tub/poo you will be charged a $1000 fee. Please use paperware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Additionally, keeping the glassware away from these areas has three benefits: (1) It helps keep the pool/spa functional and clean, (2) It prevents you from having to pay for any damages (3) It helps prevent injury. So, please use paperware NO MORE THAN 4 INDIVIDUALS ARE ALLOWED TO OCCUPY THE HOT TUB simultaneously to prevent any potential damage. Should the hot tub become damaged during your use, a fee of $7000 will be applied for repairs. 7) Day of Arrival: During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment. Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Our early check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 11 pm, please reach out to our team for approval. Check Out: Our check-out time is 10:00 am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00 am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. Thank you so much for reading!
