LIVING ROOM + 2 BEDROOMS, LARGE BALCONY The whole apartment (60 m2) and the kitchen is fully equipped , it has a queen sized, a double bed a couch and an extra bed. Everything is within walking distance: river Danube, Dandar thermal bath, Unicum museum, Palace of Arts, A38 party boat, restaurants, etc Tram line 2 is driving you through the iconic buildings like the Parliament, Chain Bridge, Castle district and Elizabeth Bridge. The airport is 20 minutes away by car. It is a cosy, new build and well-equipped flat located in the district 9 which is a perfect spot to explore the city. You have easy access to the popular sights of Budapest, the party places and you can also find all kind of public transport very close. The area is alive with numerous cafés, bars, trendy restaurants and supermarkets located in Mester street. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor in a new build house with lift access. It accomodates up to 5 guests. There is an extra comfortable 160x200 queen bed, a 140x200 double bed, and a couch. It is air-conditioned and has nice big windows. The kitchen is fully-equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, kettle) and there is a dining area with a table for 4 persons. There is wifi access, iron and hair dryer in the flat. You can find all the things you need during your stay or if you have a special request let me know.

Apartment was exactly as it appeared in the photos, it was in good location close to nearby public transport and lots of shops and restaurants and takeaways. It was warm during our stay and with the windows open it was quite noisy at night. Our children complained about the tv in the evening, lack of British channels, Netflix, Disney etc and its small size but this was a minor issue. Nice to have the basics provided, such as soap, toilet roll, washing up liquid, sponge, salt, pepper, coffee & tea. Thank you for a smooth check in and check out and a pleasant stay.
The apartment is beautiful and distinctive, and the host is helpful and has excellent treatment... but the problem is the lack of private parking, and this problem unfortunately occurs in many apartments in Budapest... which caused me a fine for parking on the street.
Квартира прекрасная! Очень чисто,уютно. В квартире было все необходимое и даже больше.Благодарность за комплимент в виде капсул кофе. Особенно приятно после долгой дороги. Расположение отличное. Рядом есть магазины продуктов. Парковочные места для авто имеются вокруг дома в разном ценовом диапазоне. Можно заказать у Edit парковочное место в гараже за дополнительную плату,но мы парковались на улице. Места всегда были. Квартира расположена в закрытом комплексе недалеко от остановок транспорта,откуда с лёгкостью можно добраться до центра и набережной(например трамвай 2, 23). Утром тихо,поют птицы. Плюс квартиры- наличие террасы. Эдит прислала все необходимые инструкции по заселению,поэтому все прошло отлично и без проблем. От проживания остались только хорошие впечатления. Рекомендую к сотрудничеству! И при возможности вернусь туда снова!

Other parking option is a private underground garage (150 m from the apartment) with a dedicated spot which costs 6000 huf/24 hours.
