Bellissimo appartamento su 2 piani curato nei minimi dettagli. Letti comodi e bagni spaziosi. Ottima privacy tra i due piani. Zona centrale dove raggiungere tutto a piedi. Ho parcheggiato sul lungomare facendo due passi per rientrare. Uno dei migliori appartamenti in cui sono stata. Bravi e premurosi
The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and peaceful and despite external temps of 27° it remained cool and comfortable. The location is convenient and walkable for most things to do on a city break and public transport is also close by if you want to travel further afield. The area is well lit and busy so we felt quiet safe returning at night.

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation. It was spacious, tastefully furnished, and stylishly decorated with high-quality amenities. The inclusion of everything we needed (even laundry facilities) exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location was fantastic, with all the attractions within walking distance. Despite its central location, the inner courtyard placement ensured a peaceful environment. The host was extremely responsive, proactive, and reliable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Established as a free port by Emperor Charles VI, the district experienced an economic boom and rapid population growth.
In 1730, Charles VI initiated the expropriation of salt fields on the city's outskirts to create a new neighborhood, a project later expanded by his daughter, Empress Maria Theresa, giving rise to Borgo Teresiano.
At the heart of this district lies the Grand Canal, designed at right angles from the port to the city, seamlessly blending with the neighborhood's grid-like layout.
