Check in was all automated. Make sure you give it some time between booking and trying to get in your room or else they won't have your entry code input yet. Lobby was comfortable and well stocked with snacks/drinks. They even had a few things available for breakfast! Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cute inn. We rented the room with a private bath so we wouldn’t have to share. The downstairs lounge and food area was adorable and well stocked. Awesome coffee/cappuccino machine. Quickly responded to any questions we had. Extremely close to Alyeska day lodge, restaurants and stores. My only complaints would be they don’t have individual heating controls for the rooms. So as someone that likes WARM (72-76) it was a bit cold since they tried to keep it comfortable for everyone. They did provide extra blankets which I appreciated. But I had to remain wrapped in a blanket the entire time. My husband also ended up not having hot water for his shower. Not sure if it’s because my son and I showered before him or because someone was also showering in the other bathroom.

Cute, charming locally run place to stay! Amazing location, great decor and the beds are comfy. Only complaint is the noise, it's not the place to come for a quiet retreat. The host has so many amenities to offer, it's very welcoming! We will be back.
