We enjoyed our stay in this suite. It is a new home in in a new subdivision. The bedrooms were spacious, it was clean and there were nice fluffy towels provided. The kitchen had everything we needed except a kettle and guests should note that the fridge does not have a freezer portion. Overall it was a nice clean, comfortable place to stay!

The basement suite was very clean and looked like the pictures. Instructions were clear on how they wanted the place left. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be stocked with basics that you would need. The location was easy to get to and it was nice to be able to park on the driveway. We found the beds hard and the couch uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. You can definitely hear every footstep and talking from tenants upstairs, who also have a dog that barked occasionally. We did communicate with the host about that and that we ran out of toilet paper in the suite (they advised there was extra up by shoe rack outside of suite). There is also no nightstand or alarm clocks which might not be a bother to some. Overall, I appreciated that it was clean and for the 12 hours we spent there it did the trick.

Loved the location, it was close to a lot of restaurants. Priyal was super lovely and responsive. Beautiful and super clean space.
