Pros - Decent place to stay to be away from the hustle bustle from the city life in an upcountry location at Alibag - ⁠Host Shreyas is a very nice human being and was always ready to help. I will appreciate him more than his brother Akshay who was the first point of contact - ⁠An excellent balcony/patio with nice home gardens and sitting arrangements - ⁠Their home cooked food was delicious and mouth watering. Special thanks for making such an amazing non veg and veg dishes Cons - They need to renovate the washroom including keeping a proper windowsill and toiletries - ⁠Vety high probability that one would experience frequent power cut resulting in much reduced water pressure (washroom works on pressure pump) and lack of water in the overhead tank - ⁠The room could have been bit spacious and should have had better shelves/cupboard to keep handy staffs (most of the shelves are occupied with showpieces)

Highly recommended!! Very well maintained property with furniture aesthetically pleasing. The food severed was very good especially the biryani and pawha. Akshay was very helpful and was always responsive.

The Homestay was warm, cozy, comfortable and perfect for a getaway. Akshay is a super accommodating host and helped us out with everything from meals to travel recommendations. Would love to stay here again!
