The perfect coastal getaway. Your stunning seaside home is just a five-minute walk from the award-winning Long Sands beach, on the beautiful north-east coast. Situated perfectly between Cullercoats and beautiful, historic Tynemouth Village. Your spacious getaway comes with a large open plan lounge and kitchen, accessed to a sun-filled backyard, and free on street parking. There are three generously sized bedrooms. My Property is managed by Pass The Keys a professional co-host of Airbnb. I'm very excited to welcome guests to my newly renovated 3 bedroom house. I hope my home forms the start of a very enjoyable visit to the stunning North East coastal regions of Tynemouth and Cullercoats. The house has recently been renovated to a high standard with stylish touches throughout. The Property sleeps up to 5 guests (two king size beds and 1 single bed). Its located within 0.5 miles of both Tynemouth and Cullercoats Beach and within walking distance of the popular Tynemouth village. Newcastle City centre is also easily accessed via the local metro and or bus system. Ground Floor You will access the property via a private front door from a pedestrianised street. The property looks out over an open field which is great if you are travelling with children. The front door leads to a hallway space which provides access to an open plan living and dining area and a kitchen at the rear of the property. There is ample sofa space for you and your party to enjoy. A small downstairs toilet is available as you enter the hallway space on your left hand side. The back of the property provides access to the back yard. With ample outdoor seating you will be able to make the most of this sun trap and enjoy an evening drink on a summers evening. Second Floor The staircase leads to a landing area where all bedrooms are accessible from. There are two larger bedrooms available both containing king size beds. The smaller bedroom at the front of the property contains a single bed. The bathroom contains bath and shower facilities.
The accommodation was a great place to stay. My colleagues really enjoyed it. The location was great, clean and communication with the host was also really good, fast and efficient. I would definitely use this place again and also recommend this place.
More spacious than expected. Good sized well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room in dining area and 2 comfortable sofas in lounge area. Beds very comfy. Everything spotlessly clean. Good location. Less than 10mins walk to local supermarket. Walking distance of both Tynemouth and Whitley Bay. Highly recommended.
This property was clearly new/newish to the AirBnb market as everything looked either brand new or freshly done. It was well equipped and clear instructions left on how to find anything we needed. Whilst we didn’t spend a great deal of time in the property during the day it was still plenty big enough that our family of five were not on top of each other during the time we did stay in. The property particularly suited us for this visit as it was close enough to the friends and family we have in the area and also within walking distance of the beach for great walks. The host left great instructions and information and had we needed any other assistance I do not doubt he would have been very responsive.
Tynemouth and all its various attractions including the Tynemouth Station Market and Riley's Fish Shack are all places I would recommend throughout your stay. This area is very child friendly with a large open field and a children's playpark on the doorstep of the house. The local beaches offer surfing, paddle boarding and other water sports. You can experience some fantastic sunrises overlooking the various beaches.
There is a Sainsbury local 5 minutes walk away from the property or larger supermarkets are within a 10 minute drive of the property. Local cafe's such as "Mr Woods" are also nearby.
There will be a guest manual in the property with links to local city guides.
There are strong bus and metro links in the local area which offer an affordable and convenient way of getting around the area. There is a metro system in place that connects the seaside towns and villages as well as providing access to Newcastle City centre withing 25 minutes.
Cullercoats metro station is a 10 minute walk from the house.
