My family and I stayed in late April 2024 for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. We were all in awe of the property (pictures do not do it justice), and were all very comfortable in the space. There was a total of 10 of us (6 adults + 4 kids ranging from 15 to 5), and we never felt cramped. The house is beautifully decorated and organized, and we all really felt right at home from the start. Amenities were perfect for a large group, and having two dishwashers was a game changer (although we never ran out of dishes/utensils, there was always extra on hand). I can't say enough about Jane - she was incredibly responsive and true to the advertised "responses within an hour". She really helped organize a lot of logistics leading up to the trip (getting in touch with a priest and finding a private chef). Bob was also very welcoming at check in, and responsive during the week. By far the most memorable trip our entire family has been on, largely to the amazing property, and Jane/Bob.
Our stay was amazing from checking in to checking out. Our host (Jane) was extremely helpful from easy check-in to easy check-out. She was extremely helpful recommending things to during our stay and answered all our questions within minutes. I highly recommend the house as it was extremely easy to navigate with all the amenities and the views are extremely beautiful. Highly recommend the house and Jane as our hostess.
We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay any more than we did and hated to leave. We visited Begur with our 3 adult kids/spouses, 6 people total. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone yet lots of wonderful space for family time too. This beautiful home is even better than the pictures. Jane was very responsive and helpful. Great instructions and suggestions for local restaurants, beaches, etc. Thank you!
We went here for my parent's wedding anniversary and had a great time. The location is amazing, with the terrace having a great swimming pool and 180 degree views of the sea. The house is huge, and very comfortable. We were nine people and it never felt crowded. recommended if you are after a special getaway.
Fantastic villa for our family holiday. Great property with loads of space. Pool was lovely and having the outdoor shower was perfect for hosing down the kids after a swim! Jane was always quick to reply to any messages and nothing was too much trouble. Made for a very straightforward and stress free stay.

自我介绍
We are the Bacon family and we live in Surrey. We simply fell in love with the area around Begur and particularly with the beautiful view from our house. As a family, we have loved exploring all the wonderful beaches within 20 minute's drive, we have got to know Barcelona well from day trips and we have skied in the Pyrenees (Vallter, Nuria, La Molina). We are also familiar with the extensive choice of golf clubs within 20-45 minutes from the house. What we love about the area is the pretty town of Begur with its central square, lots of good restaurants, cafés and boutiques. We enjoy having lunch in some of the restaurants in the pretty fishing villages and beaches nearby - Sa Tuna, Tamaríu, Aigua Blava, Calella de Palafrugell and Llafranc. We have also enjoyed adventuring further afield including Dalí's house and museum, Girona (under an hour away) and daytrips across the border to France. There are plenty of great walks, golf clubs, sailing, diving and cycling possibilities as well as things like the aquatic park and mini golf for the children. And the Catalán food is worth getting to know. We have enjoyed many happy holidays in the villa which is a well-furnished, comfortable, sunny and open space - ideally suited to 2 families. A modern, light and clean kitchen provides a sophisticated and enjoyable place to self-cater. There is also a barbecue area. All 3 bathrooms have recently been completely renovated (2 with bath and shower and one shower room). All bedrooms but one have glass doors which open out on to a view / terrace. The terrace has been extended and improved in 2020. The view from the lounge across the infinity pool and out to sea is spectacular. The conservatory, by the pool, has a large dining table with 10 chairs and 10 sunbeds.
