We had the most wonderful stay at the Retreat at Page's Creek!! We were in Wilmington for a family event, and Jodi's home was the PERFECT location for our weekend celebration. The house was as beautiful as it appeared in the description, and everything was exceptionally clean and perfectly furnished. My wife, her sister and cousin especially appreciated the attention to detail in every little touch, while I could not get enough of the comfy swing on the the spacious screen porch. Each morning, we'd take our coffee and sit out there and just watch the wild life and marine traffic on the creek. She was also very attentive and proactive in her communication with us, and we truly felt at home the whole weekend. If i could give her 10 stars out of 5, I would, I could not recommend this beautiful home more strongly!!

As our first experience with Air B&B, “The Retreat” spoiled us for all others! Six old friends gathered for a reunion at this beautifully appointed, spacious home with absolutely stunning views of the broad tidal creek and the ICW from all those wonderful windows … and an expansive screen porch that was hard to leave. The home’s roomy, comfy, spotless bedrooms perfectly accommodated all of us. The modern, fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed to easily prepare and serve all our meals. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast at the island, the Masters championship on the great room big screen, cocktails on the patio and dinners at the lovely dining room table and on the porch. The neighborhood provided us with several leisurely walks to the ICW. Relaxing, peaceful, comfortable … we’re thinking this is now an annual gathering at “The Retreat”. Thank you, Jodi, for providing a home away from home.

We enjoyed staying here so much this past Christmas that we came back down to Wilmington for the Azalea Festival and loved staying here again! We look forward to returning in the future!

The house is so beautiful - on the water with boat dock, hot tub and outside shower. Beautifully landscaped. Rooms are furnished perfectly. Kitchen is fully equipped and the living room, den and main bedrooms all have TV's. My favorite room is the screened in porch off the living room with sheer screening so the view of the intercoastal waterway is perfect. I highly recommend this exceptional home.
