This unique studio is nestled between Boston's vibrant South End and the chic Back Bay, offering proximity to the city's best dining and shopping. Located on the Garden Level of a historic brownstone, it features a full private bathroom, fridge, oven, cabinets, and closet. Steeped in early 1900s history, it was once a Lodging House for short-term stays, providing a special touch to your experience. This unit has a lofted double sized bed. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Our motto is to provide fairly priced furnished apartments in great locations. The location will make up for the cramped space, but I think you'll find that once you settle in, you don't always need a ton of space! This unit is unique because it has a long hallway once you enter the apartment and the space is located in the back of the building so it should be super quiet.

The place is as described, clean and absolutely what we needed for our stay. If you're hopping around the city, out and about all day this place is a great base, well connected and central. It has a fully functional kitchen, which was great. Steven gave really clear instructions for entry and exit and it was really easy to find and access the location. It's in a safe place, on a relatively quiet street, but within easy walking distance of major areas. It is small, with no lift, neither of which were an issue for us because we were out all day but if you had lots of luggage or were planning to spend some of the day in the room, it is quite tight - just worth baring in mind depending on your preferences. It does have a TV and a little couch which are nice additions, and good use of the space. All in all we had a great stay, in a great location for a great trip! Would highly recommend Steven's place for your stay in Boston.
Really great centrally located location.
It was a very comfortable and clean loft, with all the necessary amenities. Its close to restaurants/shops, bus/train access and Prudential centre. I would definitely stay here again. Only side note, the bed was slightly unsteady. Communication with Steven was respectful and informative.

This apartment is located on the southeastern border of the Back Bay neighborhood, bordering the South End and just across Massachusetts Avenue from Northeastern University. This little micro-neighborhood is 8 blocks east to west, and its boundaries are Huntington Avenue, Copley Place, the Southwest Corridor Park and Massachusetts Avenue.
The area was formed during a large-scale reclamation of Boston marsh lands back in the early nineteenth century. The area is central to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, but still has a safe quiet residential feel. There's quiet areas for reading, walking a dog, or playing tennis, basketball, or hanging on the lawns at the Southwest Corridor Park. You'll be able to enjoy the benefits of easy access to restaurants, pubs, bars, coffee shops and live music nearby, while enjoying the peace and quiet of a comfortable residential neighborhood.
Boston is one of the most walkable cities, and this location really ideal in that its pretty much in the middle of everything. As a provider of short-term medical stays for patients and longer term stays for travel nurses, the location couldn't be more accessible to our top hospitals.
