Overall I had a nice stay, I had a few minor things come up such as the vent for the 2nd bathroom didn’t work, and I planned to utilize amenities such as the kitchen but unfortunately the photos showed multiple pots/pans which were no where to be found, I ended up purchasing one to cook in the unit. Overall the unit was nice and clean on arrival, and the neighborhood felt safe, If I planned on returning to Houston I would stay here again.

The house was great. Exactly as pictured and within 10-15 minutes of all major areas in Houston. Looking forward to staying again.

The home is modern and beautifully decorated. The kitchen, living room / breakfast area, hallways, bedroom floors and half bath were spotless. The appliances are top of line and fully functional. Check in was stress free and Peeyush / AD1 Management were very responsive. The area is very quiet at night. The primary shower / tub is stunning and luxurious. I also loved preparing meals in that kitchen which is fully equipped with dishes, a few seasonings, water & dish washer pods. Cons: There was body hair in a few towels, on the primary comforter and on the vanity in the primary bathroom along with one dirty pan in the kitchen. The sofa also has a bit of a stench although it’s in great condition. Getting in / out of the garage could be a hassle for trucks, vans or large SUV’s. There’s no lock on the door attached to the garage and the garage is not attached to the house. The area is not walkable but the home is secure. Overall, I enjoyed my week long stay and I would recommend.
