Phu's place was great. It was super clean, modern, and well equipped. Good communication, good location. Great for a longer term stay, too!

Phu's place is definitely my top pick for where to stay in Da Nang. The location is in the tourist area, close to the beach, but the road is not one of the super noisy ones. This particular room is very quiet, it's facing an internal wall but because of the design still it feels spacious and has lots of natural light. The room is extremely clean, modern plumbing, the furniture and fixtures are of a high quality. And Phu is a very responsive and helpful host.

This apartment is in a great spot near the beach in the expat area with many restaurants of all types in walking distance. Phú was a great host at addressing the multiple small issues I had. The good: the location, modern fixtures, good host. The bad: uncomfortable sofa at the end of the bed, the only exterior window looks onto an interior building wall 70cms away (the Airbnb photo shows this), poor insulation meaning any conversation or other noise from neighbouring apartments is louder than expected. Moderate value. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I'd stay again.

I had the privilege to be the first person to stay at Phu's place and it was amazing! Phu is an amazing host; very attentive, always asking if we needed anything else to always message him. All his instructions were very clear! The cafe below the stay made amazing coffee, I suggest ordering when you have the chance and it was always a pleasant smell when leaving or coming in. The pictures were exactly the same to the room. Unfortunately I did not have great luck with past rooms but once I entered the room I had a huge sigh of relief. Very clean. The place was really close to the beach and lots of amazing food. Nothing bad to say, everything exceeded my expectations and when I come back to Da Nang I will book with Phu again!
