Checked all of my boxes , amazing location , amazing host , amazing price , all in all perfect stay , would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area !!!
Sadly we had a very bad experience at Adam's place. Place badly rebuild, still smells like painting in some parts, broken handles/lock on a toilet. Our room came with a bonus as it was right under the shared bathroom, first surprise an evacuation pipe from the shower is right above our bedroom window which is also right above a lower floor room leading to a sublime noise from the water pouring down. The walls/windows are very thin, so you hear everything. We had people showering up to 2am, it was impossible to sleep but the 2nd suprise was a leak right above our bed from the bathroom which was left as a complete mess as the drain was broken/flooded. So it was leaking in our bed but Adam is not available after 2am, so we had a problem and there was no host in the place to help: The bed was soaked and we had to find another room ourselves (one with broken handle). In the Morning Adam did send someone to fix the bath, but no solution was proposed regarding the wet bed, so we left.

The rate is 3.00€ per hour from 9:00 AM to midnight, with a 3-hour maximum limit during daytime hours. Enjoy free parking on Sundays and public holidays. Parking tickets are obtained from digital meters, where you'll need to enter your vehicle's registration number.
