I stayed here with my partner for just over a week and we had a great stay. The room is clean and looks like the pictures, the host was super responsive when we had questions, and the apartment is above a lovely cafe that serves great cafe and is perfect for coworking

Almost three months of our stay in Da Nang flew very quickly. The apartment is situated right in the heart of My An district and literally surrounded by countless restaurants, karaoke, 24/7 grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Nice and cozy coffee house on the first floor. We were wondered to know we were the first guests at the new building and apartmens just furnished. So, literally everything is new and modern. Electricity, water and even cleaning are included, that's fantastic. Also I was precisely looking for a fast internet connection to connect to company's infrastructure, and you can find it here with ~100 Mbit/s average (from 250 to 60 during the day). Ethernet port and dedicated 5ghz router provided at each apartment. I brought my own router but the provided one is working okay as well. Phu is a great host, he was always answering almost instantly, but as everything was new and working there was not too much to ask except for asking for a cleaning. Thanks for the great stay!
