Stayed for my daughters wedding, the house was spotless! Great location, great house, fantastic amenities, so comfortable, everything was available for the beach. My daughter locked herself out one day and Chris's family was there almost immediately to let her in. The only problem with the house was leaving! Would love to stay again, thank you so much!

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Laura and Chris exceeded our expectations. I was a little reluctant to book the place because all the reviews seemed to be from other properties that Chris offers, and not for the one I was trying to book, but we know the area and hoped that the house wouldn’t smell musty and would be as described. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOUSE IS PERFECT! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome basket and a sweet handwritten note. The house was completely stocked and extremely clean. You can look out the windows or sit on the porch on this quiet street and see the water and boats passing by, or walk just a short walk to play in the ocean. The best part to us was the feeling of being family in their family home. The pictures on the walls and history of the parents providing this place for generations beckons you to treat it as your own…as if you are part of their family. Fantastic experience! Thank you for allowing us to visit!
