It was a nice place and stay around the main road and very easy to commute to nearby temple. Apart from a small washroom, everything else was spot on!

Issues : Aquaguard not working : I had specifically communicated that I need drinking water only half a jar was provided and we had checked in late so could not get in touch again Extra charges taken for cleaning in the bill and yet the Place was unclean and dusty in places. After dragging the sofa cum bed there was all kinds of dirt there The Hand shower in the bathroom was stained with green layer on it which is unhygenic and unclean Wifi not working : There is no stable network in Vrindavan one relies on wifi and it was not working the co host pretended to call someone to come and fix it but no one did. Bad Food recommendations : The co host gave us a hotels number. The food was made in water and rice was uncooked. One subji was spoilt and it was expensive AC remote inconvenience: There is one remote for two ACs placed in two different rooms. Every person has to go to the other room to get it Good Points : We had a issue with ourcab the co host let us check out after time
