Kouassi was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay; unfortunately, his cleaner and manager weren't as helpful. The google map was incorrect and we had difficulty locating the apartment twice until we took our own google location to avoid getting lost. Also it would have been helpful to have seen the external photos during the booking process as the neighborhood wasn't great and the building entrance and stairs was very dirty. It littered with trash and half smoked cigarettes. It also had a bad smell. All in all, Kouassi's responsiveness helped and we stayed for a few nights.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans le logement proposé par Mr Kouassi. Il a été très disponible, toujours aux petits soins pour demander s’il me manquait quelque chose ou si j’avais besoin de quelque chose en particulier. Très coopérative, il a été très flexible malgré mon heure d’arrivée tardive. Merci pour l’assistance et la cordialité. Le logement correspond à la description faite et aux photos. Je recommande vivement !
