Situated on a private game reserve in the beautiful and tranquil Waterberg Biosphere, Windsong Cottage (with overflow in nearby Kingfisher Cottage) has a private garden and also a fenced off area for pets. In addition to the 15m pool with an open vista of Waterberg hills and chance to view any passing game, we offer walking trails, game drives, night sky safaris (guided astronomy) and horse rides. For children, there is a trampoline, sandpits, a jungle gym, pony rides and donkey cart rides. The cottage has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two further bedrooms that share two bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, an open plan lounge and dining room with indoor fireplace and an expansive veranda with nearby braai facilities.

The Cottage is set in an expansive garden on a 2,500ha private game reserve teeming with animals. The Waterberg Biosphere is an area rich in wildlife of all sorts. There are many activities in the area which guests might enjoy, including horse riding, game drives, walks, swimming and astronomy. On neighbouring farms there are mountain bike courses and trails and ziplining.
There is no reliable public transport in the Waterberg - you will need to come with your own car. It is best to self-drive in a vehicle with reasonable clearance as guests then have transport should they need it. There is plenty of parking in a secure area. For guests not wanting to drive up, there is a private shuttle services to and from the airport that can be pre-booked by guests.
